CONDITIONS OF USE
Residents ofEurope, theUnited Kingdom,Turkey,Morocco,Algeria,Tunisia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (formerSoviet Union) are not eligible to purchase or use aEurailPass.
Passes must be validated prior to first day of use.
Passes must be validated within 6 months of issue date.
All parties must be present when validating a Eurail Saverpass.
Passes must be validated prior to boarding the first train / first use of a travel bonus.
Travel bonuses may necessitate usage of a travel day. The full list of bonuses can be found in the Eurail Travellers Guide.
7:00pm rule: if a direct overnight train starts after7:00pm on a validatedEurailPass, the passholder must enter the next day's date on the pass, provided it falls within the validity of the pass.
Certain trains may transit through a country not covered by the pass. In that case an additional ticket must be purchased.
Reservation fees are an additional charge and are not inclusive in the cost of the pass.
All passes are subject to a non-refundable Pass Issuance Fee of AUD10 per pass.

REFUNDS
Passes must be presented for refund unused and not validated.
A 30% cancellation fee plus AUD30 applies to totally unused passes returned within one year of issuing date. No partial refunds.
Eurail passes are not refundable if lost or stolen.
